I had always wanted to get rid of this cavity since it was right in a very visible spot, but I was so afraid that I kept postponing my visit to the dentist. Today, I finally had the tooth treated and also did whitening.
The staff at Gentle Dental Clinic in Gangnam were so kind, and the doctor speaks perfect English.
The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my visit.
Most importantly—it was absolutely painless! Thank you so much to the clinic and the amazing doctor!
I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

I have been going to this dentist since they opened their office a few years ago. Every single time I walk out completely satisfied by not only the excellent and above and beyond service and pleasant calming and clean interior environment, but also by the perfect treatment that immediately brings back my dental health, comfort and beauty. By far the best dentist I’ve known in my 40-yr life (and trust me, I’ve had many many many previously due to poor attention and care as a dumb kid…)

I’m from the U.S., and I’ve been to dentists all around both Korea and the States — Gangnam Gentle Dental is among the best I’ve experienced when it comes to price, customer service, and attention to detail.
I came in for a general cleaning and whitening, and from start to finish, the hygienists were kind, accommodating, and made sure I felt comfortable. The head doctor, Dr. Kim, speaks perfect native English (he was fully educated in the U.S.) — it’s not always easy to find a dentist in Korea who can explain every detail clearly in native English.
What really stood out to me was how transparent Dr. Kim is about costs. While some clinics might push unnecessary treatments, here you never feel pressured — he only recommends what’s genuinely needed. Everything is clearly explained upfront, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

I came here to get my wisdom tooth extracted, and I couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process was — it literally did not hurt at all. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
I chose Gangnam Gentle Dental because Dr. Kim speaks fluent, native-level English (he was fully educated in the U.S.), which makes a huge difference when you want to understand exactly what’s happening during a procedure. He was honest about the pricing and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.
The dental hygienists were professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease the entire time. Overall, it was one of the most painless and professional dental visits I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend this clinic for anyone — especially foreigners in Korea who want clear communication and trustworthy dental care.

I had a great experience at Gentle Dental Clinic. I visited to get check up and did teeth whitening, and the results were excellent ~~ my teeth look so much brighter now! The dentist is amazing very honest, sweet, and gentle, which really helped me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. He speaks English fluently and is a native speaker of both Korean and English, so communication was super easy. I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for professional, kind, and trustworthy dental care in Seoul.
