I had a really great experience at Dr. Chen Hospital. The service here is excellent from start to finish — the staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The doctor is very professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really builds trust. The hospital itself is spotless, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything about my visit made me feel safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Excellent hospital. Very modern and clean.
Customer service was attentive and I was guided through the whole process with Tiger.
3D Review with Dr Chen allowed me to see exactly what my nose would look like.
Dr Chen allowed to make modificatioms on the day of surgery and was very receptive to my needs.
Love the result and my new nose.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Chen Hospital. The facility is new and clean. The staff is exceptional. I had a facelift, neck lift, brow lift, fat grafting. I stayed in hospital after the surgery for care and monitoring. I will return daily, since I will be in the country, to have stitches cleaned and healing monitored. Last of stitches will be removed after a couple weeks. I cannot stress enough how good the care was. Dr. Chen is an excellent surgeon and I am happy with his consulting style, his follow up and of course the outcome. Thank you Dr. Chen and DCH Team. Highly recommend.
