I was born in 1985 in Konya, a city renowned for Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi. I completed my secondary education at Meram Anatolian High School in 2003, after which I began my studies at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. Following a five-year undergraduate program, I pursued a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the same faculty, undertaking an additional five years of focused training. During the last two years of my specialization, I completed rotations in General Surgery, Otolaryngology, and Anesthesia. Throughout this period, I conducted extensive work in immediate implantology, and my PhD research focused on immediate and short implants.

Following this period, I established Milim Dental Hospital, where I currently lead a dedicated team of 30 professionals, including 9 doctors. Milim Dental Hospital holds the distinction of being Turkey’s first Ministry of Health-approved and internationally accredited health tourism organization. Dr. Ömer Bayar was born on October 3, 1992, in Eskişehir, Turkey. After completing his primary and secondary education at Atayurt College between 1998 and 2006, he attended Eskişehir Anadolu High School from 2006 to 2010.

He graduated from Başkent University’s Faculty of Dentistry in 2015 and has been working at his clinic since 2017. In addition, he pursued a PhD in Prosthodontics at Başkent University’s Faculty of Dentistry, graduating as a prosthodontist in 2023.

Dr. Bayar specializes in aesthetic dentistry, smile design, implantology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery. He stays current in his field by attending various international congresses and seminars. During her Phd education, she carried out multidisciplinary studies with the ‘Jaw Joint and Facial Diseases Center’ within the Yeditepe Faculty of Dentistry. During her Phd education, she applied manual therapy, split and injection treatments to bruxism patients with botox and facial aesthetic training in the University of Bolognia Palma. In 2016, she completed her PhD on the ‘’Efficacy of Arthrocentesis and High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid Injection on Cell Death (Apoptosis, Autophagy) in Chondrocytes in Temporomandibular Joint Internal Disorders’’. In the same year, she started to work as an assistant professor (doctoral faculty member) at the Faculty of Dentistry of Medipol University. She has made many national and international publications, oral presentations and poster presentations 2016-2022. She received the best oral presentation award at the 8th ACBİD international congress in 2014 and at the ACBID with EACMFS Endorsement Congress in 2019. There are 2 international and 1 national book sections. In 2022, it has completed 1002 TUBITAK projects. She was an observer student at the Faculty of Dentistry of ACTA (Academisch Centrum Tandheelkunde Amsterdam) in the Netherlands in 2008.

After 3 years of her doctorate program at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Periodontology, she was accepted to the Department of Periodontology, Faculty of Dentistry, Rome La Sapienza University in Italy, in order to do her PhD thesis. She became a board-certified physician in 2013.

She completed her second PhD in Maxillofacial Sciences and Surgery Department at Rome La Sapienza University Faculty of Medicine between 2013 and 2017.

Between 2018-2020, she did Master of Science in Orthognathic Surgery and Temporomandibular Joint Surgery sub-branch at the Sapienza University of Rome. 

She has received many special educations about laser dentistry, face driven dentistry, digital smile design, all on four, all on six implant applications, fast&fixed implant applications and immediate implant appllications.

She became a lecturer with the title of Assistant Professor between 2014-2016, at Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Dentistry; and at Bahçeşehir University between 2019-2021. 

Dr. Bozbay has been a speaker at many national and international conferences. She also gives trainings to her colleagues on botulinum toxin applications, periodontal surgery and dental implant applications in the maxillo-facial area.
