Er hat eine medizinische Fakultät der Universität Istanbul, Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, und absolvierte auch seine Fachausbildung für Geburtshilfe und Gynäkologie an der Universität für Gesundheitswissenschaften, Süleymaniye Geburtshilfe und Gynäkologie Ausbildungs- und Forschungskrankenhaus. Er hat auch eine Zusatzausbildung in gynäkologischer Onkologie und Minimal-Access-Chirurgie erhalten und hatte internationale Beobachterposten im Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Leipzig School of Radical Pelvic Surgery, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Policlinico Agostino Gemelli IRCCS, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, und andere Ausbildungs- und Forschungskrankenhäuser.

Dr. Nesrin Baştuğ ist Gynäkologin mit Spezialisierung auf IVF (In-vitro-Fertilisation). Sie graduierte 1994 an der Ege University und hatte seitdem Positionen in der Kütahya Health Clinic, dem Zeynep Kamil Woman and Child Disease Research and Education Hospital und dem Private Emsey Hospital inne. Seit 2012 ist sie IVF Unit Officer am Private Emsey Hospital.
