José Burgos, Schönheitschirurg/-in

With a consultation process that can be booked by call or WhatsApp and an office at Calle 7 No. 39-107, Edificio Medical, Medellín, José Burgos helps patients plan changes that fit their anatomy and goals. As a specialist at Dr. José Alfredo Burgos — Cirugías Plásticas, Estéticas y Reconstructivas, he focuses on plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery with an emphasis on modern techniques and tailored surgical planning. In body contouring, his menu includes tummy tuck with liposuction (lipoabdominoplasty), fat transfer, body sculpting, lipolysis, and abdominal etching to refine silhouette and proportions. For buttock augmentation, he performs lipotransfer using the patient’s own fat (buttock lipotransfer), aiming for natural volume and projection. Beyond the abdomen and gluteal area, breast surgery is part of his core practice, including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, and reconstruction after mastectomy. He also offers implant-based options and procedures designed to address changes over time, alongside explant surgery when indicated. Facial aesthetics and functional refinement are covered through rhinoplasty, facelift, and blepharoplasty (blefaroplasty), with additional attention to specific concerns such as nasal hump removal and lower eyelid correction. For non-surgical aesthetic goals, the clinic provides radiofrequency and botulinum toxin treatments.
