My recent experience with customer service left a lot to be desired. I arrived promptly at 7:15 AM with the intention of leaving early, but unfortunately I ended up leaving at 12:25 PM. I noticed that the doctors, especially Dr. Morel and the professional who performed my dental cleaning, were very charismatic, fast and assertive. However, the staff in charge of Customer Care, Budget and Cash did not show the same level of empathy or efficiency. On several occasions I felt that my frustration and time were not a priority for them, which made me question the value they place on clients. I have been a recurring customer and, unfortunately, each visit the same problem repeats: long waits and little communication. On this occasion, the situation was especially serious. I waited over two hours just to receive the quote, and was incorrectly informed that there were other clients before me, when in fact I had already gone before them. It wasn't until I insisted several times and COMPLAINED that they finally took care of me like they should have from the beginning. I consider it unacceptable that they communicate future treatments and prices to pay that can cost almost up to 1,800 USD, when the follow-up and care are not up to expectations. Additionally, a job delivery took an additional hour to adjust, even though it had already waited over a week for manufacturing. I reiterate my gratitude to the doctors for their excellent treatment, but I urge the center to significantly improve customer service in the administrative areas. I'm finding it harder and harder to justify returning, and it's all due to the delay and lack of consideration for the customer. I hope you take these comments into account to improve your service. That's how much 😀

Excellent service at all levels. I traveled from Montreal and found updated equipment with cutting-edge technology operated by highly qualified personnel. Additionally, the administrative welcome from Francheiry, the girl at the checkout, allowed for very clear communication, carefully resolving any questions and focusing on customer satisfaction.

Hello, Mr. Dental Plus Higüey. As a professional, I want to write this review of this company, not to be offensive, but rather as constructive criticism. If you quote me four services and only charge me for three, your staff must first have the professionalism to offer one before the patient even realizes it. They quoted me four services, charged me for three, and I didn't realize it. Then I asked where the fourth service was. They told me it was too late, that the dentists were leaving, etc., as if I were to blame. I understand that, in order for you to look good as a company, you should always find a way to compensate your clients, to leave them happy with the situation. Of course, that would have been ideal, but that didn't happen in my case. That's what happened to me today, July 24, 2025. Attn: Máximo Ogando

My family was vacationing in Punta Cana when my son out of the blue got a tooth ache. So the staff recommended Servi Dental Plus in the city of Higuey about 30 minutes from the hotel. We got there and the service was the best, fully loaded staff and nothing to envy an USA dental clinic. Doctor Rudy was great and all his staff.

These people are absolutely disgraceful in the way they treat their patients. It's all about the money for them, nothing else matters. My experience with them was beyond terrible. I had braces put in, and the so-called doctor Narvis in Higuey, who might as well be a witch, refused to take them off when I asked. I had had enough of their mistreatment. The othordontics they sent me to in Veron said the braces should have been removed a long time ago, but she refused, claiming that the Odontologist in Veron or PC should do it since she had given the go-ahead. I wasted an entire morning in Higuey because of this unprofessional "dentist." Then they sent me to PC, and the person who removed my braces wasn't even an odontologist, just a regular dentist. They deliberately treated me poorly, not to mention the fact that they charged me thousands for work that was not done properly or completed. In September 2024, they took some images as I went in for two dental implants. They gave me the runaround for months, almost a year, and charged me each time, sending me to different doctors. To this day, they still haven't contacted me about the dental implants. Furthermore, during one visit to PC, they charged me for fixing 11 cavities for my son, all of which were supposed to be done in one day. Inside, they had him waiting there for over 3 hours and only managed to do 3 or 4. Then they had the audacity to claim that I never gave them permission, even though I personally went in with my son, spoke to the doctor, and paid them. Instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of lying in front of my child. Thankfully, my son was sharp enough to tell them that I did speak to the doctor and that they made him wait for no reason, to the point where he even took a nap on the dentist‘s chair. On another occasion, one of the front desk lady or doctos sat at the front desk, talking loudly on her phone about issues they had with their coworkers. The day of the braces removal, I got there early and I even called them in the morning of and almost 30 minutes after my appointment they stated they can’t removed my braces bed they dentist on Higuey said not and I had to go to Veron. They called the dentist in Veron and the doctor immediately said she can’t do the work. This is beyond humiliating, they wasted another day and took my money. As soon as I walked in, the lady in the front gave me attitude and rolled her eyes, making the person accompanying me from the U.S. feel disgusted. They ended up sending me to Veron and let me wait forever. I missed other appointments I had scheduled that day and even lost my job due to these evil people. Never again. Stay far away from these unprofessional and thieving individuals. They have no regard for treating patients with respect and courtesy. They are tarnishing the reputation of the Dominican Republic more than it already is.
