Stay well clear of this clinic if you value your face and life. I had a tip plasty procedure with Dr Sutin and not only are the results from the procedure shockingly bad and not at all what I wanted and asked for, they have also created a very serious functional issue which means my nose runs constantly. To add insult to injury, I have contacted them several times to ask for an explanation for why they caused such a terrible and displeasing result and what they did to cause the functional problem but they are refusing to respond to me. I’ve advised them that doctors in the UK need to know what they did to cause the functional issue in order to decide how best to treat it but they refuse to respond!
So, not only have they ruined my nose and face, caused a very serious functional problem that cannot now be fixed, they are refusing to accept any accountability. I am utterly astounded by their lack of professionalism and cannot believe they are even allowed to practice. This whole ordeal has been incredibly stressful and miserable for me, I’ve been in total despair since the surgery and now I have to fork out thousands of pounds to have a second revision surgery procedure to fix the mess they made. So, stay away from this clinic, they are not professionals, they performed a botched nose job on me and have caused serious internal damage. Worst of all, they think it’s ok to hide and not even respond with advice, an explanation or an apology. Unbelievable.

Knowing the cosmetic surgery industry Thailand in and out, Dr. Sutin and Dr. Preecha is as good as it gets. PAI clinic exceptional pro high standard is my only place to go. Thanks to the whole team.

PAi is in my opinion the best choice for SRS. I had mine with Dr. Burin and I'm totally happy with the, aesthetic details and functionality. I recommend Dr. Burin hands down to anyone seeking MTF surgery.

PAI is ran by compassionate people who you can tell love what they're doing. The level of care provided went beyond what I would have received in the US. Dr. Sutin and the other staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of while I was in Thailand. Would recommend!

The level of expertise is unmatched and the quality of care at the Phyathay Hospital is a world class 6 star, modern, luxury facility. I am extremely pleased with my decision to come to Thailand for my SRS. The city of Bangkok itself is an impressive metropolis and the people from Thailand make you feel welcomed with their highly cultural values.
