Absolutely outstanding service. We had travel insurance and we paid an excess of £75 all other costs were taken care of by our Insurance but this private hospital was so amazing and new, very clean, all workers are professional. Absolute exceptional service from Dr Andreas, he just went above and beyond for us and was very sweet and friendly with our children to make them comfortable. We cannot thank you enough for all your kindness.
Another special thank you to Derek on recption just outstanding and being very patient as we had to make a claim and get details with out travel insurance and he was so calm and lovely and helped us fill the forms. Thank you Dr Andreas and Derek! Xx

Me gustaría hacer una queja, sobre el servicio de cardiología, sobre el sistema de atención a los pacientes, soy paciente de adeslas, cualquier intervención médica y consulta las realizó siempre en dicho hospital, es mi centro médico de referencia para todo, pero en el día de ayer 19,02,2020 me pusieron un holter, que he tenido 24 h, y en el día de la fecha he ido a que me lo quitaran, simplemente el hecho de quitarlo había mucha gente y he esperado, cuando me han atendido p…or circunstancias se me ha olvidado la tarjeta médica, yo entiendo que ka soliciten para todo, pero llevo mi dni, y la tarjeta se me olvidó, he sido atendido y la chica que me ha atendido me ha dicho que sin ka tarjeta no me pueden atender, y que tengo que pedir autorización para quitarme el holter, un aparato que es propiedad del hospital, que únicamente es quitarlo, y que si quería que esperase, a que Adeslas mexde autorización para quitárselo, no me ha parecido correcto, me he ido a un lavabo y me lo he quitado y se lo he entregado a la chica, por que ella mismo me ha ofrecido que ne lo dejara puesto hasta,que trajera la tarjeta o tuviera consulta con el medico, que la tengo mañana día 21, no es una queja, es un malestar, porxque después de estar 24 h y la molestia que conlleva , me ha dicho ka chica que no me darán los resultados, yo se lo he entregado y ustedes botella mismo sabe que aparato he tenido puesto , creo que lisxresultados seria fácil recuperarlos, solo mostrarles mi malestar por la situación y el poco tacto a ka hora de la atención, ta que únicamente es quitarmelo algo que es du vuestra propiedad, por lo demás muchas geacias

El peor servicio de urgencias de un hospital privado. he estado esperando 2horas 40 min y me he ido sin tener los resultados. el Dr. encima me ha faltado al respeto y con muy malos modales. No vuelvo a ese hospital

Not happy with staff !!! Not happy at all my daughter was told she had to say in for a few nights as she isn’t well. The staff was rude to me laughed at me when asking questions about my daughter health and I have been getting told different things regarding my daughters health that contradict what another person has said. One person is telling me one thing and one person is saying some think different. If my daughter is that unwell that she need to be in hospital why are sta…ff that are meant to be responsible for her care sleeping on shift. I went looking for the staff even calling out hello to get there attention. None of the staff was anywhere to be found so I then looked in a back room to find them all asleep at the same time when I needed them. This is not the type of care I expect from a private or even any hospital. I have proof and photos if the hospital would like to contact me. Also I have put a complaint in and expect someone to speck to me regarding these issues and my daughters care.

Seen very quickly without having to wait. Great fast and efficient service provided and all paperwork completed and receptionist spoke very good English. Very well looked after by all the staff and surgeon was excellent. All nurses very helpful especially Monica. Made my experience and stay in hospital when I broke my ankle as best as could be. Could not recommend the Levante Hospital enough. Would thoroughly have no hesitation in recommending.

Me diagnosticaron una fístula el domingo pasado en urgencias y me debía ver un cirujano lo antes posible para evaluar si operar, en este sentido me agendaron una visita para hoy viernes. Para mi sorpresa cancelaron esta visita y por una serie de errores de la clinica al final parece que va a ser imposible que me pueda ver el cirujano antes del martes... Casi 10 dias despues del diagnostico inicial... Con esta es ya la tercera vez que me cancelan una cita que tenia programada con la clinica, una de ellas me la cancelaron media hora antes, una vez que ya me había desplazado a la clínica... En conclusión un servicio muy poco serio y profesional para tratarse de salud... Es una pena porque tanto las instalaciones como los equipos de la clínica son buenos, pero la gestión parece que no está a la altura

I had pain in my lungs for several days. I got worried and suspected blood clot. I googled and became convinced, I had all symptoms. My wife drove me to IMED Levante in the morning March 19. I told the receptionist what I suspected and she took all notes. After examination and regular Xray the doctor says infektion and sent me home whith antibiotics, painkillers and expectorants (though I didn’t cough). Two days later I collapsed when I got out of bed. My wife dialled 112 an…d the ambulance took me to Marina Baixa Hospital. After thorough examination, tomography included, they found a huge blood clot (lung embolism) that influenced both lungs. After five days in intensive care unit and a few days of regular care I’m now strong enough to write this review. I’m still in hospital. A doctor should always listen to what the patient say!!!!
