This is the best hospital I have ever come across. I wish the hospitals in my country(Kenya) can achieve such standards. Hospitalization is scary and traumatizing but Fortis Escorts make it friendly and pleasing.The surgeons are exceptional and the doctors are great with amazing personalities and high ethics. The nurses are kind and professional. I am in awe of the great people there.

This is more of a business than a medical facility! we came in for the 499 check up package and got messed around. they kept wanting to send us for same tests which were on the package but more expensive ones. As a medical facility to be running a scam is really a shame. Really sad.

My grandfather, Mr RAM KUMAR MITTAL, UHID - 00330447D, had a heart attack on 28th September 2018, We admitted him in fortis ESCORTS, Okhla and he went on to have a CABG surgery as he had multiple blockages on 1st October 2018 by doctor YUGGAL MISHRA. Earlier we contacted doctor RAMJI MEHROTRA for surgery but He didn't contact us for around 6 hours as he was busy so we changed our doctor. Few days after surgery dr YUGGAL MISHRA resigned from FORTIS ESCORTS, okhla and therefore… it was mentioned in our case /discharge summary that doctor RAMJI MEHROTRA will handle your case from now. Today, i.e 15 October 2018 we went to doctor RAMJI MEHROTRA for consultation as it was mentioned in our file that he will see you after few days. When we went on to him, he completely denied us that he will not see our patient, we requested him so many times but he denied that he will not see our patient. Is this why doctors are there in our country? My grandfather is 75 years old and he PERSONALLY REQUESTED DOCTOR SO MANY TIMES AS HE IS SENIOR CITIZEN BUT HE COMPLETELY DENIED THAT HE WILL NOT SEE HIM. That is a complete inhuman behavior. This shows that he just care about the money. I request you all to please take a strict action against him, also we are going to complain to medical coucill of india and various other organisations. They call a patient for general check up (which onle takes 5 minutes) who went through a major open heart surgery 10 days back.That patient have to wait for minimum 2 hours to see that doctor.And they never give proper answer to our question.and they advise to take proper rest at home...but when patient comes to the hospital for check up , the pateint have to wait for minimum 2 hours to see that doctor... pathetic experience

It’s been a nightmare, one of the worst service ever. My dad had a pacemaker fitted and I got told I had to pay in advance, I paid 20k + 1.25 lakhs, the insurance money came back the next day. I paid from an international debit card and when I was paying I was told by employee Mohit that this will be refunded on the same card in 1 day. When my dad got discharged, the whole amount got covered by insurance, when I went to get the refund, another employee Rahul Kumar from disc…harge team instead of refunding the amount, charged me another 1.25 lakhs and said he made a mistake. Now it’s been 10 days and I have been messed around and money still not refunded. They promised it will done in my Indian account 2 days ago and after several messages and complaints no one seems to care or know what’s happening. I have been paying interest on this money as it came from my overdraft. I hope someone in authorities are regarding this as I will be taking this further if my money is not refunded ASAP. Escorts are cheats, taking peoples hard earned money and making false promises. I am now back in London and chasing my own money. Worst service and completely disappointed.
