Crooke dental was fantastic, they were so helpful and good to me getting my composite bonding done, they turned out perfect but allowed me to follow up if I needed any changes which I didn’t! I hired Crooke Dental Clinic to remove my 7 root canal treated teeth as these dead teeth had begun to secrete a toxic liquid that inflamed my internal organs. Crooke Dental Clinic in Marbella promised a max 2 hours long high tech surgery with chief implantologist Eduardo Crooke.
Unfortunately, what I got was a 6,5 hours lasting disaster of attempted bodily harm.
What happened on the day of surgery bordered on criminal action: Mr. Crooke received me but had to leave. He promised to be back to complete my surgery and introduced me to a dentist named Leo who did not speak English what made our conversation almost impossible. Leo was totally overwhelmed with this job: It took him 6.5 hours for the extractions and he committed all sorts of fatal errors like the extraction of 2 healthy teeth while he forgot to extract 2 root treated teeth. He also tried to tear 2 further healthy teeth necessary for the second surgical procedure, a sinus lift, Mr. Crooke had planned last minute and wanted to impose on me and which I never agreed to. Only afterwards I would find out that I could NOT undergo a sinus lift surgery as I already had sinus surgery when I was 20 and another invasive treatment in this area could have been life threatening.
Mr. Crooke did not mention this risk with a single word. He also did not show up to finish my surgery - a further proof of his zero interest in his client's health.
The aesthetic result was yet another complete disaster: In the picture I add you see the porcelain "heaps" where professionally crafted bridges have a seamless transition from one tooth to the next. Every dentist along the costa del sol can produce such a mess for a quarter of the amount paid.
But the worst was that I lost 7 months of work and life as I suffered a breakdown of my already battered blood circulation after this marathon surgery. All my circulation problems that I had successfully solved in the months before came back. I had informed Crooke regarding this health problem but there would be zero sympathy from Crooke dental clinic. They only contacted me again when the second surgery date was due. I didn't react to it - the experienced level of sociopathy, greed for money and poor communication between the patient coordinator and the implantologists in this clinic exceeded my limits.
In the meantime, Spanish judges issued exemplary rulings and compensation payments on clinics operating the unprofessional way like Crooke dental clinic did in my case.
Mr. Crooke probably had to bring his first (honest) cost estimate of Euro 15,000 up to Euro 25,000 with a last minute added second surgery as his colleague had previously given me a first Crooke dental clinic cost estimate of this size by adding temporary implants.
Be prepared for the fact that all your possible complaints will not be heard in this clinic and the alleged world-class team they try to sell does not even have the professional mindset to apologise for the mistakes made. "There is no compensation for damages", chief patient coordinator Alfonso answered my written complaint - as if he and not a court has to decide this. They only offered to correct all mistakes in their clinic - which is the last a damaged client desires -, and confirms their empathy-free approach.
I can NOT recommend Crooke dental clinic to you. It is not a safe place. I can confirm that the clinic offers a clean and modern ambiente with the latest equipment and that the staff is friendly. But the work is not professionally organised for complex tasks and this can lead to your harm as it did in my case. I also think that a clinic like Crooke cannot work correctly as nobody can be a good chief implantologist and the director of 4 clinics along the coast at the same time. I hope this helps you to evaluate your choice.
ps: The location of the Marbella Crooke dental clinic (see photo), crammed between a high-rise building and a run-down amusement park, is another detail that brings negative energy to this clinic (I work in the energy healing industry which is why I look at such information).

El servicio prestado sobrepasa las expectativas.Son amables, profesionales, tienen aparatos de todo tipo, modernos... Y lo más importante son profesionales entregados y muy cualificados. Acudí a esta clínica por un tema delicado de un diente porque me daban más confianza que el resto y acerté totalmente .. El Dr. Ricardo ha sido excelente... No puedo imaginarme un mejor trabajo.

Nose adonde empezar. Yo fui de Miami a esta clínica y fue la mejor experiencia. Desde el momento k entra Tula, Hanae y Lucia son maravillosas. Me tuve k poner todos implantes y ellos me daron exactamente lo k yo quería.David es un artista, le enseñe fotos de lo k yo quería y no me falló, y cada momento me explicaba lo k me hacía ... simpático, agradable y un hombre k te escucha y haces lo k tú quieres. El mejor sitio en el MUNDO hasta los nervios se te quitan .. ni mire más dentista, este es el único que te da resultados .. tengo una sonrisa de HOLLYWOOD.. gracias gracias gracias a todo el equipo k trabajo para darme mi preciosa boca !!! Os quiero un harton !!!

Muy buena atención, me solucionaron el problema (quebradura de diente por accidente) inmediatamente. El implante salió muy bien, menos doloroso y complicado que me lo imaginé. Recomiendo altamente. Volveré.
