Über Klinik

Blanc Clinic&Beauty ist eine Fachklinik für ästhetische Medizin in Istanbul. Sein Gründer ist Dr. Evren Helvachi, ein Spezialist für plastische Chirurgie und medizinische Ästhetik mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung, ein Gastexperte für Fernsehprogramme.

This rate is only because of this time , I’m regular customer since they were in akasya. Years of service and never faced such a rude attitude from them. I had my nails done yesterday and today I went t for a quick fix one of the nails just pulled out Didn’t complain about it comparing to the very high price 1600tl. I just asked for a quick fix which was free! Okay But the girl (manicurist) Gül was very rude didn’t even answer my hello complained about it none stop in Turkish !!!! And left after she finished her job without even letting me know until I had to ask her colleague which she noticed the attitude and was shocked. Quick note yesterday I was confused about the design so maybe she felt (gül) that she worked that’s much I made sure to tip her but honestly you attitude with me was unbelievably rude unprofessional. Take this comment as a chance to think about your own personal attitude with your customers. which I’m not going to be one of them again !!!

I went to this salon on the 9th of January 2024. I get my nails done with nail art and paid 2100 TL (55€ on the current day conversion rate). If i was paying cash i would be paying 1860TL (so they don't pay tax). They don't have any transparency on prices, they always mention thing like it is starting from 450TL..etc but you'll never know how much it will cost till you finish and go to the till point. They are really ripping off their consumers by taking advantage of inflation and constant price increases. I will never ever go there again. Quality is okish but there are many other places that do better job and be clear about price list. They don't even have a price list when you ask for it. Be extremely cautious for every little tiny service you get there.

I had my nails done. It is a little bit pricey, but my nails still look good. The staff are friendly and mine was good at her work.

280TL for manicure that looks OK only for 5 days (which is considered not professional) doesn`t worth its money. Also the master was rude and made several cuts. Strictly not recommended.
