Pediatric Doctors are very good and good team work Specially Dr. Gladys and team. We had good experiences with her , taking decisions on the spot and contacting other department doctors and doing things very fast. My Nephew is having Septic Arthritis we discussed through phone and she given suggestions and same day did 3 procedures. She is very approachable and explain the details in an understanding manner. This review is written by my wife. We had a traumatic experience on the 2 nd of January 2020 when the portable gas leaked and created a fire in our kitchen . My husband had second degree burns due this unfortunate incident . He was rushed to Aster medcity immediately. Although Aster does not have a burn unit Dr Aashish Sasidharan n his plastic surgery team decided to take on his case. He was in hospital for 18 days . Skin grafting was recommended and it was done and it was successful. This was a very difficult time for our family , but the care and empathy showed by the doctors n their team gave us the consolation and comfort knowing that the best was done for my husband . Dr. Aashish Sasidharan proved that he was a true professional. And thanks to him my husband Derrick is on the road to recovery. I would also like to mention Dr. Aashish Choudhary who assisted him and who was a great help to us . Also the assisting team Ms . Rincy , sister Anupama and nurse Jijo were very helpful.We were happy to have such dedicated doctors and their team who made our devastating situation bearable. God bless you in all your endeavors !!!

I am utterly disappointed with their service. I came here at 1.15 to see a dermatologist and had been waiting for 2 hours but couldn't see the doctor. I am not blaming the doctor as she is the only available dermatologist and there were too many patients waiting to see her. But had the booking agent/receptionist told me about the long wait, I could have made an alternative booking for another day. Please give due respect to everybody who come to your hospital as we also have other stuff to do.. Please give instructions to your staff about how busy the doctor is before taking any new bookings so that patients like me can make informed decisions. And a smile or a courtious behaviour is highly appreciated.

I was searching for couple of more stars to highlight but google gives option of only 5. Extremely happy that I chose this hospital for delivery of our child. Right from the date we got to know that we are pregnant, we visited Aster Medcity for regular check ups and follow ups. We have been under the consultation of Dr Teena Anne Joy. I don’t have words to praise this doctor, as many words I say they are still less. She took care of our pregnancy right from beginning until delivery of our child. The approach of Dr Teena to us (patient) was extremely humble and very friendly. She also did the delivery of our child, her skills, knowledge and calm compose ness made complicated delivery a Normal assisted delivery. As many of the comments has mentioned, the hospital has amazing faculty, facility and premises. The quality control is maintained very high at all levels. They have Tag line “ We’ll treat you well” my reply to this is “We have been treated EXTREMELY well”. Right from admission to the hospital. Rooms: We had opted for single room facility. And I will say it’s not less than any 5 star hotel. Rooms was with attached wash room, with hot water all the time. Centralize AC in entire hospital and room with temp control. Delivery Room: We had opted for LDRP and it was really worth. I could be with my wife through out the delivery process. And this really helped her and kept her motivation up. Cleaning staff : cleaning any hygiene level in this hospital is at top notch. Periodic cleaning and sanitization were taken care on every day basis.Nursing Staff: Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Despite huge facility they take care each patient in so much depth and detail that I can’t describe. I was really amazed by their services. F&B Staff: As mentioned this is like a 5 star hotel. The department took care of patient meal requirement as per doctors recommendation to individual patient and also for bystanders lot of food ordering options available. Our floor manager Ms Vanaja came every day to take orders for next day meals in advance. And she and her team made delivery fo the food prompt and on time. Thanks to the chef and kitchen as wel who prepared wonderful food and never have feeling that we are in hospital. Billing staff: The discharge and billing was also made so easy, they came and gave our billing details well in advance to review it and it took just 5 min to clear up billing process. Ultimately i would say EAST or WEST.. Aster Medcity is the BEST. Don’t even think twice, close eyes and proceed to Aster Medcity if need arises... they really treat you well. 😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍
