Er ist Professor für Urologie und Lehrstuhlinhaber an der Near East University Medical School, Chefarzt für Urologie am Anadolu Medical Center in Affiliation mit Johns Hopkins Medicine und Direktor für Programme für Uroonkologie und urologische Roboterchirurgie am Anadolu Medical Center. Er ist auch wissenschaftlicher Sekretär der halbjährlichen Ankara Urooncology Courses und hat viele nationale oder regionale Urologie- und Urooncology-Meetings organisiert.

Was born in 1981 in Erzincan. After finishing Beşiktaş Atatürk Anadolu High School in 1999 entered Istanbul University Çapa, Faculty of Medicine. 

In 2005 I got his Master Degree and started as a practitioner at Yüksekova State Hospital. He got his Doctorate at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital in General Surgery department. As a General Surgery Specialist, he worked at Zonguldak Atatürk State Hospital for 5 years and at Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital for 3 years. 

Worked as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Medipol University, Department of General Surgery. Currently working at Medipol University Pendik Hospital.

Assoc. Prof. Ali Eser received his medical education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine; He completed his internal medicine residency training at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital and his hematology residency training at Marmara University.

Afterward, he completed his compulsory service at Marmara University Hematology Clinic, firstly at Çanakkale University and then at Bezmialem Vakıf University. He served as a lecturer. After working as a hematology specialist and assistant physician in charge of the adult bone marrow transplant unit for 2 years at Hisar Intercontinental Hospital, he worked as a lecturer at Bezmialem Vakıf University and in the adult bone marrow transplant unit at Istanbul Yeniyüzyıl University, and finally for 1 year. He worked as the responsible physician of the adult bone marrow transplant unit at Liv Hospital Gaziantep Hospital for some time. He received the title of associate professor in March 2022.
