Dr. Moises graduierte 1992 an der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universidad Nacional de Tucumán mit einem Abschluss in Medizin und Chirurgie. Er spezialisierte sich auf Nephrologie und verteidigte 1995 seine Doktorarbeit. Außerdem erhielt er ein Forschungsstipendium der Universidad Nacional de Tucumán en Médico. Von 1995 bis 2000 war er Facharzt in der Transplantationsabteilung des Krankenhauses Clínic de Barcelona und von 2004 bis 2009 leitender Facharzt der Teknon-Abteilung für Innere Medizin. On his return from London, he organized and directed the Arrhythmia Unit of the Cardiology Service of the Nuestra Señora del Pino University Hospital in Las Palmas until the year 2000.
Later he was associate head of the Arrhythmia Unit and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid.
Professor of Cardiology at the Autonomous University and Fellowship Program Director of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Society) positions that he held for 6 years until his transfer to the Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital in 2006.
Dr. Cabrera has been the head of the Cardiology service at the Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital since the hospital began operating in 2006.
Since January 2013, he is also head of the Cardiology Unit of the Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital Complex and in 2022 head of service of the new Olympia center.
He is a professor at the European University of Madrid where he directs the Chair of Clinical and Basic Translational Cardiology.
