Prof. Emin Tireli, MD, ist ein führender pädiatrischer Herzchirurg. Seit 1993 hat er über 6.329 Operationen bei angeborenen Herzfehlern durchgeführt. Weltweit bekannt wurde er als einer der ersten Anwender des komplexen Nikaidoh-Verfahrens bei Transposition der großen Arterien (TGA).
