Sie war zu jeder Stunde, in der wir sie störten, ansprechbar. Sie war sehr freundlich und süß. Wir genossen ihre Gesellschaft und sie machte uns das Gefühl, wie Familie. Sie war es, die unsere ganze Erfahrung zu einem Erfolg machte. Der Professor war genau derselbe. Durch sie hat sich mein Verfahren gelohnt.
Jeder Teil des Prozesses war gut, als es anfing zu GROSS, von der Zeit der Operation bis zur Betreuung, die ich vor und nach der Operation selbst erhielt.
Mein einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass nicht alle Mitarbeiter Englisch sprachen. Aber wir haben es geschafft.
