Qasim

Dr. Qasim Wasim graduated from Dalian Medical University with Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Master’s and PhD in General Surgery. Dr. Wasim has more than 10 years of practicing experience as a General Practitioner (GP). In addition, he is a board-certified General Practitioner by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC). He served as a resident physician in Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex and Nawaz Sharif Social Security Hospital in Lahore.

Dr. Wasim is a multilingual and multi-cultural medical professional with years of experience in helping the international community. He can manage multidisciplinary cases (include but not limited to Internal Medicine, Surgery, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Dermatology) and emergency interventions (include but not limited to trauma, fractures, cardiac events, burns). He has published 8+ SCI-indexed research papers on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury and surgical biomechanics.

General Practice of Xiamen Humanity Hospital consists of an internationally trained and certified medical team. It is a comprehensive multi-disciplinary specialty that integrates clinical medicine, preventive medicine, rehabilitation medicine, and humanities and social sciences, serving communities and families. Our practice covers all age groups, gender, body systems, and illnesses.
