Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Köroğlu ist Fachärztin für Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation am Memorial Ankara Krankenhaus (2024–heute). Zuvor war sie Fakultätsmitglied am Gaziler Lehr‑ und Forschungskrankenhaus für Physikalische Therapie und Rehabilitation (2016–2024). Sie leitete die Klinik für Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation am Militärkrankenhaus Elazığ (2011–2015). Ihren MD erwarb sie 2003 an der Medizinischen Fakultät der GATA. Ihre Facharztausbildung in Physikalischer Medizin und Rehabilitation schloss sie 2011 ab.

Zu ihren Qualifikationen gehört eine vom Gesundheitsministerium anerkannte, zertifizierte Prolotherapie‑Ausbildung. Sie unterrichtete Prolotherapie und PRP (2022) sowie Knie‑Prolotherapie und Campinject (2019). Außerdem lehrte sie GETAT und Dextrose‑Prolotherapie (2018) sowie ISPRM‑Ultraschall (2009). Sie verfügt über zusätzliche Qualifikationen in muskuloskelettalem Ultraschall, Neuraltherapie, lumbalen Injektionen und Manipulation sowie in der Botulinumtoxin‑Behandlung der spastischen Hand. 2010 nahm sie an der Euro‑Mediterranean PRM School in Italien teil. Sie ist Mitglied der Türkischen Gesellschaft für Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation, der Türkischen Gesellschaft für Forschung und Bekämpfung des Rheumatismus, des Verbands der Fachärzte für Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation der Türkei, des Verbands für Rückenmarkserkrankungen sowie der Ärztekammer Ankara.
