Dr. Hana Golan, MD, leitet die Abteilung für pädiatrische Hämato-Onkologie und Knochenmarktransplantation (BMT) am Sheba Medical Center. Sie ist auf Krebserkrankungen im Kindesalter spezialisiert, mit Schwerpunkt auf Neuroblastome und andere solide Hochrisikotumoren.
Sie führt eines der fortschrittlichsten pädiatrisch-onkologischen Programme der Region. Sie betreut komplexe Hochrisikofälle und arbeitet an einem Krankenhaus, das weltweit zu den Top 10 zählt.
Sie ist leitende Prüferin des High-Risk-Neuroblastom-ESIOP-Protokolls. Sie wirkt als Prüferin in internationalen Phase-I/II-Studien und als nationale Koordinatorin multizentrischer onkologischer Protokolle. Sie leitete die Entwicklung computergestützter Chemotherapieprotokolle und Patientendatenbanken zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit.
