Arnon Nagler is a hematologist and a pioneer in bone marrow transplantation. He is a Professor of Medicine at Tel Aviv University. Nagler also serves as Director Emeritus at Sheba Medical Center. He founded Israel’s first public cord blood bank. He also performed the nation's first cord blood transplantations.
