This place was an absolutely wonderful find. I will definitely come next time I’m in Korea. I got a teeth whitening with 3 cycles. The location is easy to find. The staff was exceptional. They do speak English as well if you need. 10/10 will be back!

I’m so glad I picked this clinic for my dental work.
They have been so accommodating, great at communicating (honesty, speed, details, perfect English) and very professional.
Answered all of my questions, addressed all concerns and paid attention to my wishes & preferences.
Gave me an upfront cost after an initial evaluation + discussion, and before any treatment started.
The doctor explained every action before proceeding, and consulted with me at multiple times during the treatment, to ensure my satisfaction.
I’m super happy about the final result, they have been able to address my visual aesthetic concern (that I was recommended an orthodontic treatment for by a different clinic, or veneers by others) using a simple non invasive cosmetic procedure, saving me thousands of dollars and time.
I am a perfectionist, and they have exceeded my expectations. I truly recommend this amazing dental clinic. An honest review, I have recommended it to friends too.

I visited Yonsei JW Dental Clinic for teeth whitening and went through a 3-cycle treatment. Before starting, they did a thorough cleaning, polishing, and scaling, and they also applied gum protection, which I appreciated. The procedure was smooth, with only slight sensitivity, and most of the staff spoke good English, making communication easy.
However, the reception experience was disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming—no greeting or smile. At one point, the brochure rack fell over, and instead of assisting, the receptionist just stared. This gave a poor first impression.
The clinic is a short walk from the nearest train station, but I opted for a taxi as the location wasn't the easiest to find. Despite this, the treatment itself was well-done, and I’m happy with the results. If they improve their front desk service, it would be an even better experience!

Amazing place. Great team with great English. Took my appointment at midnight by kakao and I was in the next day. Got some tooth discolouration removed with ICON treatment which I had my whole life. Also they didn’t try upselling other treatments like most dentists. Really professional and highly recommended. Will return soon. Thanks everyone !

I booked the whitening treatment via WhatsApp. The customer service is really great with prompt response for my questions. The experience here is good. As my teeth were not very yellow before the treatment, the dentist therefore recommended me doing one cycle, instead of two/ three cycles, after having the first cycle.
