Great place if you are considering going overseas for dental work. What would have cost me $4200 in the SF bay area was only $1300 here. I have many health problems and was unable to do an implant or gum grafting which was Dr. Oleg Mastakov's first and second choice for the best look considering it was my front tooth that needed replacing. He nonetheless came up with a plan to stretch and shape my gum over several visits so I could have an ovate maryland bridge. He was also willing to file my lower teeth so as to spare my upper teeth from being filed into when making room for the bridge. (my lower teeth were a bit jagged and needed it anyway) I mention this because American dentists (and doctors) are a bit hard headed and dont like trying new things when they believe they know best. Dr. Mastakov speaks enough english to explain basics, however if you are particular and will be staying in the area for a long time I would recommend you hire a translator. The neighborhood is good with many nice restaurants near by and there is a high end grocery store across the street if you will be staying for many weeks.
