El peor servicio de urgencias de un hospital privado. he estado esperando 2horas 40 min y me he ido sin tener los resultados. el Dr. encima me ha faltado al respeto y con muy malos modales. No vuelvo a ese hospital

Las urgencias en este hospital son malísimas, falta de profesionalidad impresionante. Una pena ya que el resto del hospital suele funcionar muy bien, los profesionales del centro de Teulada, perfectos, impecables, profesionales, las urgencias en el hospital de Benidorm, mejor salir corriendo antes de que te atienda alguna médico desalmada con mucha falta de profesionalidad y de humanidad, parece mentira que sea una empresa privada. La dirección debería tomar medidas con el personal de urgencias, para que sepan que el lugar de trabajo no es un mercado donde se va a cotillear como marujas, se va a atender a las personas que van allí por algo importante, no por placer. Acabamos ingresando en el hospital HCB Benidorm la misma noche que en urgencias del IMED no nos atendieron.

Not happy with staff !!! Not happy at all my daughter was told she had to say in for a few nights as she isn’t well. The staff was rude to me laughed at me when asking questions about my daughter health and I have been getting told different things regarding my daughters health that contradict what another person has said. One person is telling me one thing and one person is saying some think different. If my daughter is that unwell that she need to be in hospital why are sta…ff that are meant to be responsible for her care sleeping on shift. I went looking for the staff even calling out hello to get there attention. None of the staff was anywhere to be found so I then looked in a back room to find them all asleep at the same time when I needed them. This is not the type of care I expect from a private or even any hospital. I have proof and photos if the hospital would like to contact me. Also I have put a complaint in and expect someone to speck to me regarding these issues and my daughters care.

I was in a motorcycle accident while I was in haveing X-rays someone stole 80 euros out of my handbag I’ve reported to the hospital apparently they have cameras in the hall way they were going to check them and get back to me I’ve not had any reply up to now so if you are unlucky to have to go imed watch your bags

Me gustaría hacer una queja, sobre el servicio de cardiología, sobre el sistema de atención a los pacientes, soy paciente de adeslas, cualquier intervención médica y consulta las realizó siempre en dicho hospital, es mi centro médico de referencia para todo, pero en el día de ayer 19,02,2020 me pusieron un holter, que he tenido 24 h, y en el día de la fecha he ido a que me lo quitaran, simplemente el hecho de quitarlo había mucha gente y he esperado, cuando me han atendido p…or circunstancias se me ha olvidado la tarjeta médica, yo entiendo que ka soliciten para todo, pero llevo mi dni, y la tarjeta se me olvidó, he sido atendido y la chica que me ha atendido me ha dicho que sin ka tarjeta no me pueden atender, y que tengo que pedir autorización para quitarme el holter, un aparato que es propiedad del hospital, que únicamente es quitarlo, y que si quería que esperase, a que Adeslas mexde autorización para quitárselo, no me ha parecido correcto, me he ido a un lavabo y me lo he quitado y se lo he entregado a la chica, por que ella mismo me ha ofrecido que ne lo dejara puesto hasta,que trajera la tarjeta o tuviera consulta con el medico, que la tengo mañana día 21, no es una queja, es un malestar, porxque después de estar 24 h y la molestia que conlleva , me ha dicho ka chica que no me darán los resultados, yo se lo he entregado y ustedes botella mismo sabe que aparato he tenido puesto , creo que lisxresultados seria fácil recuperarlos, solo mostrarles mi malestar por la situación y el poco tacto a ka hora de la atención, ta que únicamente es quitarmelo algo que es du vuestra propiedad, por lo demás muchas geacias

I had a very bad expierence. No help at all. With two feet badly hurt no help from there staff, was in urgencia Wednesday first in Teulada because I have badly fallen from the stairs. They could not help as their machine was broken. Had to go to Benidorm. Waited 2 hours in the emergency with a lot of pain finally had the RX. Waited again two hours before someone helped. Had to stay in hospital because I need an MRI. The morning after the doctor came and said we are waiting …to do the MRI. Nothing that day. Had to stay in hospital another Night. Promised they will do the MRI in the following morning. That day nothing said it will be for next week. After phoning myself to Teulada they gave me an appointment the same day at 19h10 in Benidorm. But they already gave me the document to check out. Said I could wait in there cafetería for 5 hours. I get frustrated and another nurse said that I could maybe do the MRI earlier if I asked downstairs. With strugling and a los of pain went downstairs to ask. Results: Rude receptionist said there is NO appointment for me booked. Asked please phone doctor to ask said that she could not help. I said I would go to another hospital and she did not even looked at me. When we left I received an email to say that my appointment at 19h10 has been cancelled!!! I have now appointments in HCB.
