I actually like Cosmacare; I follow their reviews and they're all positive. However, I felt disappointed with the salesperson during my consultation. When I asked about the price of Silimed (44,900 THB), they said it was final, so I quickly paid the deposit. I'd already mentioned that for a more prominent shape, Silimed was the way to go, and they praised its advantages. But… on the day of the consultation, the salesperson didn't mention Silimed at all. They only criticized it, saying it would be hard, cause scar tissue, and lacked warranty coverage. They said they wouldn't fix any problems with the breasts because I'd already paid a low price. Instead, they tried to push their more expensive option, saying it was superior, had a warranty, advanced techniques, and was best for life. Honestly, if they wanted to sell the more expensive option, they should have advertised it from the start. They should have explained the different types of silicone and their budget, and asked the customer about their needs. This would prevent misunderstandings and allow them to consider the potential drawbacks of the silicone. Instead of just criticizing the cheaper option as inferior and hard, what's the point of advertising it?
