Something about me

Before launching my own dental adventure, i worked as a dentist at several clinics, including Family Dental Care, Doctor of Dental Medicine and the charmingly named Ridchenko Dental Clinic in Ukraine.  

There i learned everything from baby teeth to root canals - and how to keep a straight face when someone says "i only feel pain when i chew"  

My academic journey took off at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy where i learned that dentistry is not just about teeth. It is about people.  

Then came more knowledge and a bit of Czech language practice at IPVZ in Prague, where i expanded my skills and realized that Czech patients are not only lovely but also know how to make dental jokes.  

I also dove into Pediatric Dentistry at the Center for Innovative Medical Education where i discovered that working with kids is a mix of patience, puppetry and Pixar-level distraction skills.  

Way back when i began my studies at Mankivska Secondary School, UMS NMMU named after O .O Bohomolets and of course the legendary Bohomolets University when i fell in love with dentistry. And coffee (in that order)

Today i lead Smile centrum with one mission - to make sure that every patient leaves with a smile - even if they arrived terrified.  

Because yes, dentists can be friendly - as long as they know what they are doing and how to tell a good tooth joke  

We don't just fix teeth - we restore confidence and hand out smiles like candy (sugar free, of course haha)

Dr. Tommaso Grandi graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in 2004. In 2007, he was awarded a research fellowship at the Department of Neurosciences, Head and Neck Rehabilitation at the same university.

From 2008 to 2013, he served as Adjunct Professor of Periodontology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

In 2013, he founded the Tommaso Grandi Dental Clinic, a center dedicated to clinical care, scientific research, and professional training in the field of dental implantology.

Dr. Grandi has collaborated with international colleagues on research related to immediate loading protocols in implant dentistry. He is the primary author of several peer-reviewed scientific publications in internationally recognized implantology journals.

Thanks to his ongoing contribution to research, he was invited to join the Editorial Board of the European Journal of Oral Implantology, one of the most prestigious journals in the field. He is also a frequent speaker at courses and conferences in Italy and abroad.

He mainly works on smile design and aesthetic dental treatments. He has participated in many congresses and trainings both domestically and internationally in the field of prosthetic dental treatments and smile design. He has designed more than 2000 smiles so far.

He specializes in laminate and E-Max treatments and has developed his knowledge and experience internationally by receiving training in Spain and Portugal.

Dr. Kornélia Juhász ist Fachärztin für Oralchirurgie und ästhetische Zahnheilkunde mit über 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Sie schloss ihr Studium 2014 an der Semmelweis Universität ab und erwarb 2020 ihre Facharztqualifikation in dentoalveolärer Chirurgie. Ihre Schwerpunkte sind Implantationen, Knochenaufbau, Sinuslift, chirurgische Zahnentfernungen, Zahnfleischtransplantationen und die Behandlung periimplantärer Gewebe.

Dr. Juhász hat über 1.000 Implantate gesetzt, was ihre Kompetenz und das Vertrauen ihrer Patienten unterstreicht. Sie ist zudem erfahren in Implantatprothetik und ästhetischen Restaurationen. Als leitende Zahnärztin organisiert sie den Praxisbetrieb und sorgt für höchste Behandlungsstandards. Besonderes Augenmerk legt sie auf internationale Patienten im Bereich Zahntourismus.

Dr. Babek Yunuszade ist Allgemeinzahnarzt mit acht Jahren klinischer Erfahrung. Er praktiziert in der BY Dental Clinic in Şişli, Istanbul. Er bietet festsitzenden und herausnehmbaren Zahnersatz, prothetische Rehabilitation nach Parodontaltherapie, Veneers und Kompositrestaurationen, Endodontie sowie Implantatchirurgie. Im Implantatbereich setzt er Bone-Level-Implantate, führt Lappenbildungen, gesteuerte Einheilung und einfache Knochenaugmentationen durch. Er versorgt mit implantatgetragenen Kronen und Brücken sowie mit Locator- oder stegverankerten Prothesen.

Seinen DDS erwarb er 2016 an der Aserbaidschanischen Medizinischen Universität. 2018–2019 absolvierte er ein Anerkennungsprogramm an der Universität Kocaeli. Aktuelle Fortbildungen: Weichgewebschirurgie (2025), implantatgetragene Prothetik, Okklusion/Kiefergelenk (TMJ). 2023 nahm er am International Dentistry Congress teil. 2021 schloss er Kurse in Implantologie, Prothetik, Porzellanlaminaten und fortgeschrittener Kieferorthopädie ab. Er ist Mitglied der Türkischen Zahnärztevereinigung und spricht Englisch und Russisch.

Dr. Edanur Alkan ist Zahnärztin. Sie hat einen Master in Zahnmedizin von der Fakultät für Zahnmedizin der Necmettin-Erbakan-Universität in Konya. Zertifizierungen umfassen dentale Implantologie und Porzellan-Laminat-Veneers (praktische Fortbildung) bei Dr. Aslıhan Üşütmez. Zudem ist Dr. Alkan in Ästhetischer Medizin (Botox und Filler) bei Dr. Salha Sönmezateş zertifiziert.

Klinischer Schwerpunkt: vollständige prothetische Rehabilitation (Zirkon, Porzellan, Laminate). Leistungen: implantatgetragene Prothesen, endodontische und restaurative Behandlungen. Dr. Alkan führt auch kleinere chirurgische Eingriffe durch, z. B. Weisheitszahnentfernungen und Gingivektomien. Fremdsprache: Englisch (mittleres Niveau).
