Dr. Omar Abouali ist Reproduktionsmediziner und minimalinvasiver Chirurg. Er absolvierte die Facharztausbildung für Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe am Universitätsklinikum Alexandria. An der Universität Alexandria schloss er mit Auszeichnung unter den besten 5 % ab. Er hat einen Master in assistierter Reproduktion von der Universität Oxford. Zudem besitzt er einen Master in reproduktiver Endokrinologie von der Universität Alexandria sowie ein Diplom in genetischen Erkrankungen von der Harvard-Universität.

Er arbeitete als Reproduktionsmediziner am Madina Fertility Centre und half vielen Paaren, eine Familie zu gründen. Dr. Omar ist Pionier der nadelfreien IVF (No-Needle IVF), einer Methode, bei der Frauen während der IVF nicht mehr die traditionell zahlreichen Injektionen benötigen.
