Rokas Bagdonas, a specialist in plastic and reconstructive surgery, has been working in this field since 2004. The surgeon graduated from the Kaunas Medical Academy, later he finished continuing doctoral studies and was awarded an MD degree; he also lectured at Kaunas Medical Academy, Klaipėda College and Klaipėda University 2004 to 2014.
