Dr. Başak Bolluk Kılıç schloss ihr Medizinstudium an der Universität Ankara im Jahr 2000 als Ärztin ab. Ihre Facharztausbildung schloss sie 2005 in der Abteilung für Neurologie der Universität Ankara ab.

Im Jahr 2004 arbeitete sie als Beobachterin in der Abteilung für Bewegungsstörungen der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Barcelona. Nachdem Dr. Başak Bolluk Kılıç 2006 ihren Pflichtdienst im staatlichen Krankenhaus Kırşehir angetreten hatte, arbeitete sie 2008 im privaten Magnetkrankenhaus Tandoğan in Ankara, von 2010 bis 2016 im Krankenhaus Çamlıca Erdem, von 2013 bis 2017 in der Abteilung für Elektroneurophysiologie der Bilgi-Universität, von 2017 bis 2018 an der medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Bahçeşehir und von 2016 bis 2018 im Medical Park. Sie arbeitete als Assistenzprofessorin im Krankenhaus Göztepe.

Im September 2018 erstellte sie am Zentrum für Parkinson und Bewegungsstörungen (PARMER) der Universität Istanbul Medipol die Behandlungspläne für die Patienten. Sie bietet jedem Patienten die am besten geeignete personalisierte medizinische Nachsorge und Behandlungsunterstützung.

Assoc. Prof. Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz schloss ihr Medizinstudium an der Hacettepe-Universität im Jahr 2000 ab. Ihre Facharztausbildung schloss sie 2006 in der Abteilung für Neurologie der Universität Ankara ab.

Sie begann ihren Pflichtdienst 2007 im staatlichen Krankenhaus Mardin Nusaybin. 2008 setzte Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz ihren Dienst im staatlichen Krankenhaus Gaziantep 27. Dezember fort. Von 2010 bis 2011 arbeitete sie als Neurologin im Biophysis Nilüfer Medical Center und im Ali Osman Sönmez Oncology Hospital in Bursa und von 2011 bis 2012 im Istanbul Universal Aksaray Hospital. Ab Oktober 2012 arbeitete sie als Dozentin in der neurologischen Abteilung der Universität Istanbul Medipol. 2021 wurde Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz zur außerordentlichen Professorin ernannt. 2015 arbeitete sie als ehrenamtliche Beobachterin für Parkinson und Tiefe Hirnstimulation (Neuromodulation) am UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, National Hospital for Neurology in London. Sie nahm zwischen 2013 und 2022 an vielen Schulungsprogrammen zur Tiefen Hirnstimulation (Neuromodulation) in der Türkei und im Ausland teil.

Seit September 2018 arbeitet sie als Koordinatorin für die studentische Ausbildung im 5. Semester Neurologie. Seit Dezember 2022 entwickelt sie Behandlungspläne für Patienten am Parkinson- und Bewegungsstörungszentrum (PARMER) der Medipol-Universität Istanbul und bietet jedem Patienten die am besten geeignete persönliche medizinische Nachsorge und Behandlungsunterstützung.
