Er hat einen Abschluss in Allgemeinmedizin von der Medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Istanbul und eine Spezialisierung auf plastische und rekonstruktive Chirurgie von der Ankara GATA Medical School sowie ein Stipendium des MD Anderson Cancer Center der Universität von Texas. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu ist Experte für Plastische, Ästhetische, Rekonstruktive Chirurgie, Hand- und Kieferchirurgie mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung. He was born in 1977 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. After completing his primary and high school education, he completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2001. In the same year, he started his doctorate education in Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completing his doctorate in 2007, he became Associate Professor in 2011 and Professor in 2016 in the same department. He has been working in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Dentistry since 2022.
