Op. Dr. Berna Buse Kobal ist Fachärztin für Frauenheilkunde und Geburtshilfe. 2017 schloss sie die Medizinische Fakultät der Acıbadem University ab. Eine klinische Ausbildung in Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe absolvierte sie an der University of Louisville in den USA. Ihre Facharztausbildung beendete sie am Ümraniye Ausbildungs- und Forschungskrankenhaus der Universität für Gesundheitswissenschaften.
