Dr. Mohamed El Sayed Eraki Ibrahium is a Consultant General, Laparoscopic Surgery and Oncosurgery with over 23 years of experience at Burjeel Specialty Hospital in Sharjah. Along with his MBBCH, MD, and Ph.D. (Doctorate Degrees), Dr. Mohamed El Sayed Eraki Ibrahium earned a Fellowship in advanced laparoscopic surgery from the Department of General Surgery of the Egyptian Association Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons. He also received a Fellowship from the Department of Oncosurgery in laparoscopic Oncosurgery. Additionally, he is a Fellow in Pediatric Surgery. He previously worked in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates as an Assistant Professor of General and Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Igor Sukhotnik ist leitender Kinderchirurg am Dana Dweck Children's Hospital (Ichilov Medical Center) und Gastprofessor an der Universität Tel Aviv, Israel, mit 29 Jahren Erfahrung. Er wurde an der Medizinischen Universität Chernivtsi, Ukraine, ausgebildet und war Mitglied verschiedener medizinischer Vereinigungen.

Aviva Fattal-Valevski ist eine erfahrene Neurologin, die sich auf die Behandlung neurogenetischer Störungen des Gehirns bei Kindern spezialisiert hat. Sie ist seit 1993 in diesem Bereich tätig und hatte seitdem verschiedene Positionen am Sourasky Medical Center inne. Sie ist Mitglied verschiedener medizinischer Organisationen, wie der Israel Medical Association, der Israel Society of Clinical Pediatrics und der European Pediatric Neurology Society.

Ezgi Sevic graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetic as Honor Student. During her education, she conducted studies on “'The Effect of Hedonic Eating Behavior on Obesity', 'Total Parenteral Nutrition in Children' and 'The Relationship Between Insulin Resistance and Obesity'.” During her education, she took part in the field in studies on determining the nutritional status of the society. She worked as intern dietitian in Hospitals of Hacettepe University (Oncology Hospital, Adults Hospital, İhsan Doğramacı Child Hospital), Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital and many Community Health Centres. 
She worked in Izmir Private Ekol Hospital. She successfully completed the 'Bariatric Nutrition Course' and the 'Innovations in Obesity Course'. She has participated in many training and seminar programs in her field.
