Dr. Sumet Supalaset, MD, ist Spezialist für Hornhaut- und refraktive Chirurgie. Er besitzt Zertifikate führender Institute in London, Kyoto und der Universität Chiang Mai. Seine Hospitation absolvierte er an der UCLA. Dr. Sumet erhielt seinen Bachelor in Ophthalmologie am Phramongkutklao Hospital und schloss 1997 mit Auszeichnung an der Chulalongkorn Universität ab.

Dr. Arsim Hajdari ist ein führender Augenarzt und Chief Clinical Officer am Italian Eye Hospital in Pristina, Kosovo. Er absolvierte sein Medizinstudium an der Universität Pristina und spezialisierte sich 2019 am Universitätsklinikum Kosovo auf Augenheilkunde. Zudem promovierte er 2025 an der Universität „Goce Delchev“ in Stip im Fach Augenheilkunde.

Seit Mai 2021 hat Dr. Hajdari über 30.000 Patienten behandelt und mehr als 4.000 TransPRK (SmartSurface No-Touch-Laser) durchgeführt. Er führte in Kosovo innovative Behandlungen ein, darunter Laser-geführtes Cross-Linking, Beovu (Brolucizumab)-Injektionen, IPL-Therapie bei trockenem Auge und TransPTK bei Hornhautunregelmäßigkeiten.

Seine Schwerpunkte sind refraktive Chirurgie, Netzhautchirurgie, Anti-VEGF-Injektionen, Traumatologie, Vitrektomie und Oculoplastik. Er lehrt an der Universität für Wirtschaft und Technologie (UBT) und präsentierte Forschungsergebnisse auf der EURETINA 2025 in Athen.

Dr. Ermal Dida ist ein erfahrener Augenchirurg. Er ist auf refraktive Sehkorrektur und okuloplastische Chirurgie spezialisiert. Er ist Gründer und leitender Chirurg der Dida Roka Eye Clinic in Prishtina. Dr. Dida ist bekannt für seine Kompetenz in der Laser-Sehkorrektur und fortgeschrittenen Lidoperationen wie Entropion- und Ptosekorrektur.

Er arbeitet außerdem als Augenchirurg am Italian Eye Hospital, wo er sich auf refraktive und okuloplastische Eingriffe konzentriert. Dr. Rizvanolli hat sein Medizinstudium an der Universität Pristina abgeschlossen und seine Facharztausbildung für Augenheilkunde am Universitätsklinikum Sarajevo absolviert. Er ist bekannt für seine Expertise in nicht-invasiver, laserbasierter Sehkorrektur und Oberflächenablation, besonders bei Patienten mit dünner Hornhaut.

Er engagiert sich auch in der Gesundheitsaufklärung. Dr. Rizvanolli beteiligt sich regelmäßig an Kampagnen und Videos, um über Augenerkrankungen und Behandlungsmöglichkeiten zu informieren.

Dr. Afrim Vuçitërna ist Facharzt für Augenheilkunde mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung im öffentlichen Gesundheitssystem Kosovos. Seine Karriere begann 1990. Dr. Vuçitërna arbeitete in Ambulanzen und Krankenhäusern und ist auf Erkrankungen des vorderen Augenabschnitts sowie allgemeine Augenheilkunde spezialisiert.

Sein Medizinstudium und die Facharztausbildung absolvierte er im ehemaligen Jugoslawien. Dr. Vuçitërna ist Mitglied der Ärztekammer des Kosovo (Oda e Mjekëve të Kosovës), was seine berufliche Qualifikation und sein Engagement für hohe Standards in der klinischen Versorgung belegt.

Dr. Agon Rrusta ist Facharzt für Augenheilkunde mit Erfahrung aus über 10.000 Operationen. Er führt Eingriffe am vorderen und hinteren Augenabschnitt durch. Dr. Rrusta arbeitet derzeit am Italian Eye Hospital in Prishtina und war zuvor am Universitätsklinikum Kosovo tätig. Er ist spezialisiert auf LASIK-, Katarakt-, Hornhaut- und Lidoperationen sowie auf die Behandlung von diabetischer Retinopathie und Augentumoren.

Dr. Rrusta ist aktives Mitglied und Referent bei internationalen Fachgesellschaften wie EURETINA, ESASO, ASCRS, AAO, ESCRS, ARVO und EuCornea. Er absolvierte Hospitationen am Moorfields Eye Hospital als SOE-Stipendiat und am Universitätsklinikum Salzburg.
