Dr. Pera wurde in der Türkei geboren und wuchs dort auf. Von 2008 bis 2013 besuchte er die renommierte Fakultät für Zahnmedizin der Hacettepe-Universität, wo er seine Laufbahn als Zahnarzt begann.
