Dr. Pera wurde in der Türkei geboren und wuchs dort auf. Von 2008 bis 2013 besuchte er die renommierte Fakultät für Zahnmedizin der Hacettepe-Universität, wo er seine Laufbahn als Zahnarzt begann. Seine Leidenschaft für das Fachgebiet führte ihn dazu, sich weiter auf Mund-, Kiefer- und Gesichtschirurgie zu spezialisieren, ein Fachgebiet, in dem er von 2016 bis 2021 eine umfassende Ausbildung an der Fakultät für Zahnmedizin der Universität Ankara absolvierte.

Um einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz in der Patientenversorgung zu gewährleisten, absolvierte Dr. Pera zwischen 2016 und 2019 mehrere Rotationen.
