After achieving a high degree in the national exam, Dr Hakan Tekin started his medical education at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty / English Department. Dr Tekin worked in the E&A Department and ICU of State Hospital in Van after graduation for two years. He started to work in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at Van Yuzuncu Yil University. He was trained in many types of surgical procedures, including; microsurgery, maxillofacial surgery, congenital deformities, hand surgeries and aesthetic procedures. 

He worked in Van Training and Research Hospital as head of the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Department. In 2016 he started to work at Memorial Private Hospital in Diyarbakır. In 2018 Dr Tekin worked at Zurich University/Swiss as a fellow. By the end of 2018, he founded his private clinic in Diyarbakır. He performed thousands of aesthetic surgical procedures since then.

Dr Tekin moved to London in 2022 and has continued to perform his procedures in İstanbul. Dr Tekin has published numerous scientific articles in international and national plastic surgery journals. He presented many scientific presentations at international and national congresses and conferences.

In the Medical Specialization Examination (TUS) held in 2014, he ranked 39th among approximately ten thousand doctors and was entitled to receive training at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, one of the most well-established plastic surgery clinics in Turkey. During his residency, he performed hundreds of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.

In 2019, he worked as a fellow with world-renowned plastic surgeon Prof.Dr.Moustapha Hamdi in breast aesthetics and reconstruction in Brussels for 3 months. He passed the first step of the European Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (EBOPRAS) board exams in Brussels, Belgium in 2019 and the second step in İzmir, Turkey in 2020, and was awarded the title of Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS). He also has a professional qualification certificate from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Between 2019-2021, he completed his compulsory service at Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital. He attended many national and international meetings and courses. He has many oral presentations at meetings. There are 2 plastic surgery book translations for Turkish plastic surgeons. He is a chapter author in 2 different plastic surgery books. Born in Ankara, Doctor Can Bey completed his primary and secondary education at Ted College and then received his high school education at Robert College in Istanbul. In addition to his English education at Robert College, he improved himself by taking painting, sculpture and photography lessons. After a rich high school life of 5 years, he studied at Istanbul Medical Faculty, Capa Medicine, and received the title of medical doctor. By making a degree in the specialty examination in medicine, he was entitled to receive specialization training in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul Health Sciences University. Starting from his medical school years, he went to many countries and did an internship and increased his professional knowledge. These countries are Egypt (Cairo), Spain (Madrid), the Netherlands (Gröningen), Portugal (Lisbon), Austria (Stolzalpe) and the United States (Los Angeles, Chicago).

He continued his education at Istanbul Kuleli Military High School in 1998. She studied medicine at Gülhane Military Medical Faculty between 2002-2008. Later, she completed her specialty training in Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery clinic.

He worked as a specialist physician at Yozgat City Hospital and Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital. During this period, he participated in congresses, conferences and presentations on Plastic Surgery. His articles have been published in national and international journals.
