Dr. Nurperi Gazioglu ist Neurochirurgin. Sie wurde an der Medizinischen Fakultät Cerrahpaşa der Universität Istanbul ausgebildet. Nach dem Studium von 1978 bis 1984 erwarb sie 1984 den M.D.-Abschluss. Die neurochirurgische Facharztausbildung absolvierte sie von 1986 bis 1993.
