Dr. Lee Jong Seok absolvierte die Korea University School of Medicine und erwarb einen Masterabschluss an der Korea University Graduate School. Seine klinische Ausbildung absolvierte er am UChicago Medicine. Dr. Lee arbeitete in den Abteilungen für Plastische Chirurgie am Korea University Guro Hospital und am Yeoncheon Public Health Center.

Er ist Mitglied der Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, der Korean Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association und der Korean Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. Zudem ist Dr. Lee Vollmitglied der Fachgesellschaften für Augen- und Nasenchirurgie innerhalb der Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Er war außerdem als Chirurg bei Pleasure Plastic Surgery und AB Plastic Surgery tätig.
