Tanja Pisec-weihen

Dr. med. Tanja Pisec-Weihen is a physician for general medicine and orthomolecular medicine at JUVENIS Medical Center in central Vienna. Her practice is built around prevention: comprehensive health examinations, vaccinations, travel medicine and occupational health. She has been a doctor for over thirty years and holds five separate postgraduate diplomas.

Education and training Dr. Pisec-Weihen received her doctorate from the Medical Faculty of Vienna in 1994 and completed her training as a physician for general medicine between 1994 and 1997. She went on to earn the Austrian Medical Chamber's diplomas in emergency medicine and occupational medicine (both 1998), trained in acupuncture with the Austrian Society for Acupuncture (1998–2000), completed a certificate in preventive medicine, nutrition and exercise (P.A.N., 2008), and obtained the Austrian Medical Chamber's Diploma in Orthomolecular Medicine in 2015.

Career She has worked as an occupational physician for companies across Vienna since 1999, and has run her own practice focused on general and preventive medicine since 2008. She was a cooperating physician at the Woman & Health clinic from 2009 to 2012, and has practised at JUVENIS since 2012.
