This is the best hospital I have ever come across. I wish the hospitals in my country(Kenya) can achieve such standards. Hospitalization is scary and traumatizing but Fortis Escorts make it friendly and pleasing.The surgeons are exceptional and the doctors are great with amazing personalities and high ethics. The nurses are kind and professional. I am in awe of the great people there.

very bed hospital....I can't recommend this hospital. I have admit 27/9/2019 (UHID no 1318000005563202)my doctor name Mr.sanjay Verma he is very good doctor. but hospital male nurse mr.bobin behaviour was very very bed he intimidate me very loudly.i was very shocked his language . I was complain mr Bobin feedback department but no results after one week . worst hospital... They call a patient for general check up (which onle takes 5 minutes) who went through a major open heart surgery 10 days back.That patient have to wait for minimum 2 hours to see that doctor.And they never give proper answer to our question.and they advise to take proper rest at home...but when patient comes to the hospital for check up , the pateint have to wait for minimum 2 hours to see that doctor... pathetic experience

Worst services you'll ever receive from a hospital. My mother, who was unable to move her head due to spine issue was on bed even before admission into the hospital was taken for an MRI scan in the hospital basement. Due to heavy rainfall, the entire basement was flooded because of severe leakage. To our shock, the lifts stopped working, and we were stranded in the basement for more than 2 hours with no help from hospital staff or nurses. This was highly unsafe and traumatic, especially for a patient in such a vulnerable state. During the stay, the ward staff showed poor coordination. They were unresponsive, offered no guidance about procedures, and were unwilling to help us understand the consultation or treatment flow. Also faced billing discrepancies and unjustified charges, for which I received no clear explanation.

This is more of a business than a medical facility! we came in for the 499 check up package and got messed around. they kept wanting to send us for same tests which were on the package but more expensive ones. As a medical facility to be running a scam is really a shame. Really sad.

I went yesterday morning in emergency and get admitted into that after few hours doctor discharged me when i was under 103body temp and he said this not an emergency. And behaved very rudely . And it was not enough they have taken blood sample and when next day in the morning i asked for reports so they surprised me while saying they dont hve any reports of my blood sample. I think u guyz should tace care of your emergency ward.
