From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this is much more than a typical dental clinic. The design is incredibly stylish, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and the team is both highly professional and reassuring. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered. A perfect combination of quality service, elegance, and professionalism. Definitely a clinic I would recommend with complete confidence.

Well what an experience so far, and dare I say it, absolute kander.
The work I was going to have done could not be done, I have included the X-rays. My mouth was destroyed by years of addiction and poor management.
I wanted a fresh start, but like all things in Recovery sometimes patients is your biggest ally, not your enemy!!
I had to have all the work done to even make an implants possible.
I am very happy to say that this was done on day one, yes granted this foodaholic was not permitted to eat for eight hours because of General anaesthetics. But it was done the same day.
Today is day 2 and I have all the medications and just took the first batch and feeling slightly drowsy.
Tomorrow we try the bottom teeth to get them to fit.
Seyit my interpreter has been seriously on the ball, his English is actually better than others I know 🤭
The hotel I’m stopping in is the Triana video enclosed and less than a 5 min chauffeur driven van with great interiors (pic enclosed) to the surgery 😁

A life-changing experience and a radiant smile thanks to Özdemir Dental Center!
I cannot give anything less than 5 stars (and preferably more!) for my fantastic experience at Özdemir Dental Center in Antalya.
From the very first contact until the moment I flew home with my new smile, everything was organized to perfection.
I would especially like to thank my personal coach/coordinator, Meryem . She was truly the cornerstone of this entire journey. Her constant presence, accurate translations, and immense commitment made me feel completely at ease from day one. She was literally always available for any questions, big or small. Her guidance didn't feel like a business transaction, but like a sincere friendship. She provided the trust and safety I needed during the various procedures, which was invaluable to me.
My sincere gratitude and great respect also go to the dentists and the entire medical team. Their knowledge, study, experiences, craftsmanship and eye for detail are truly top-tier!
I am incredibly happy with both the aesthetic and functional results; my new teeth look so beautiful and natural.
In addition, the logistics team deserves recognition. Everything —from the transfers to the scheduling at the clinic— ran flawlessly.

Where can I start hmmm if you want your dental treatment done have it done in your country. I had top and lower bottom dentures done at this clinic 3 weeks ago although they suggested implants which I wasn't prepared for it so I went with dentures and crowns on six bottom teeth. All done in 5 days ( very quick) I can't eat with them they don't seat straight in my mouth I texted Seyit back and asked for a refund and he just said come back and we can fix it I said it will cost me more money to travel back to Turkey. Now I'm having to see a dentist in the UK and it's going to cost me another £2745 for new dentures when I paid the Odzemir clinic £2500. Basically they don't care about ypu, all they want is your money.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Sorry but this will be long!! Keep reading to get to the broken jaw!!
A long story sorta short, just days before my confirmed flights for final visit I got a strange msg asking if I was coming on the date which was confirmed to which the answer was "yes, what's the problem"
No problem just if you cudda came a few days later? Flights were paid, confirmed so I went but I still thought something is wrong.
I arrive and receptionist asked "are you supposed to be here today?" I told her that I was told to come.
I went in and it was different dentist than other visits. After an hour of pain he just said implants failed and I have to attend hospital and pay £3,500 additional to fix the problem. "What is the problem?" "4 implants failed due to low bone density." To which I asked "Why did that not show up in the Tomograph before you went ahead and pulled all my teeth out?"
Now is where they tried to treat me like an imbecile! "No, no, no, a tomo doesn't measure bone density." "Yeah, it does. Here it is on Google what a tomo is used for, to measure bone density BEFORE starting treatment.
Im at the hotel and another msg "our specialist says tomo doesn't measure bone density". I then sent him a cut out from their own website where it states what i was claiming. His response was Google mistranslated their website and I should only rely on the Turkish site which was completely different than the Eng, French, Ger as it only had a section to fill out your details to be contacted back.
As I went through the site I saw a picture of the dentist who worked on me and he was a general dentist so when asked what experience or expertise he had they denied that he worked on me. I didn't realize because I was all numbed that they had actually broken my jaw bone by a dentist who shouldn't have been working on implants as the specialist wasn't present that week hence wanting my dates changed but didn't say anything as they had confirmed the dates and felt allowing Dougie Howser was better than paying £250 for new flights.
When asked in msgs whether my jaw had been broken I wouldn't get a response. When I asked for access to the Tomograph they claimed it was deleted but couldn't explain why but from looking into it even if the picture of a tomo is deleted there will still be a set of numbers which can be put into a program to recreate the image so technically a tomo is never erased.
So let's try to get things in order. First visit they claimed a tomo was taken which they claimed showed i needed a sinus lift but they also charged for a bone graft which never occurred.
So I was charged for a tomo that they never did. The tomo that didn't exist showed i needed work that wasn't carried out and charged £900 for work not done. I didn't complain at the time about that because im too laid back about things.
On the final visit dates were confirmed but the specialist wasn't there but rather than offering to pay for new flights they allowed a general dentist with no experience to break my jaw. Then instead of telling me what was going on in my mouth they wanted me to pay over £3000 to fix their mistake.
Then they tried to blame Google cos I caught them out with all the tomo lies.
On the day my jaw was broke rather than me going back to my hotel to suffer in the room they kept me at the clinic for 3 hours saying they had to take measurements eventually at 6pm they said I had to come at 9 am next morning.
Only afterwards I thought why were they so desperate to keep me there til 6 and back in at 9 even though they sauntered into work after 10. Were they trying to ensure that I couldn't walk into another dentist in Antalya and find out what was going on with my jawbone?? It makes sense.
I only realized my jaw was broken when I got home and paid for an xray to send to other clinics yet Ozdemir still wouldn't admit to breaking my jawbone.
I notice that they have changed their website now so there is no mention of Tomographs anymore. If Oz have any evidence that I am not being honest then prove it. Provide the tomo also!!
