It was about 4 years ago that due to high blood pressure my wife lost her eyesight and she was completely blacked out. She was completely scared. We also got scared. We went to the nearest hospital but no one was ready to admit her. That hospital asked us to go to Fortis. We reached the hospital at 2 in the night. The staff there immediately took my wife under emergency ward and immediately after the doctor came at 3 in the night, the doctor started treating my wife. This is a great experience. There are highly qualified doctors here and all are very helpful. They helped me in doing my ICICI Lombard health mediclaim process. The food is also given to every patient according to his illness. The doctor treated my wife well in 5 days and she is better now.

Dr. Gurneet and team provided outstanding medical care and ensuring my father's comfort throughout his stay, thank you so much Dr. Gurneet sir and team. I also like to special thanks to admissions team all the admission formality done very quickly, discharge team and nursing team. Special thanks to St Jolly and 9th floor team they ensure my father's stay was comfortable and all are very caring. F & B service was very good, my father enjoyed food very much. Sheetal and Archna was very supportive, Thank you so much. Overall my experience at Fortis hospital was exceptional.

Excellent facilities and service provided to my dad during his time at the hospital when he was admitted due to 3rd stroke. Dr. Anita Mathew provided great care and analysis of his condition which helped us choose comfort care for him before his passing. Our patient relations officer Miss Vinci was also of great help, it was always pleasant talking to her and she always made sure our needs were met, always coming to check on us and if everything was as per our requirements. Also, the nurses in the Signature floor were day in and day out working extra hard to make sure my dad got the best care. Anytime we called they were always ready to help. My dad received the best treatment before his passing and I will always appreciate that.

This review is posted for treatment (ongoing) begun since 2018 to 2020 and counting. My wife underwent treatment for PCOS by an exceptional Doctor: Dr. Sangeeta Raodeo. The doctor not only identified the root cause but also worked with us to evaluate first and second line of treatment in a cost effective and timely manner. When we saw the benefits, we opted for a more direct intervention and the doctor pulled all ends together to ensure the surgery was completed over a weekend and my wife could rest and recuperate to join normal routine ASAP. The hospital staff was courteous and costs were under control. I used my company insurance and therefore the procedures were covered under cashless option. Post op follow up has been timely and helpful.If you are coming to Fortis for gynaec treatment, look.no further than Dr. Sangeeta Raodeo. The doctor has won award in her field and is down to earth and spends time answering your questions ... Rare to find such doctor in gynaecology when everyone else just wants to work on easy cases, low hanging fruits, and child deliveries.
