The appointment process was smooth, and reception staff were courteous. Doctors and nurses were professional and explained the treatment clearly. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, with a reasonable waiting time. Medicines can also be conveniently purchased at the OPD counter. Overall, a positive experience.

I would like to sincerely update my previous review. My surgery at the hospital went very well, and I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. All departments worked together to ensure a smooth experience, and the staff took excellent care of me throughout my stay. Earlier, I had shared a negative review due to a miscommunication between the insurance department and doctors. However, the hospital staff addressed the concerns promptly and provided me with the best possible care. I highly recommend this hospital — the doctors and staff are very professional, caring, and dedicated to patient well-being.

We recently had my mother’s knee replacement surgery done at Manipal Hospital , Yeshwanthpur under the care of Dr. KKiran Chowka, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. Dr. KKiran chowka is not only an excellent surgeon but also brings an incredibly positive energy to every interaction. From our first consultation, his confidence, clarity, and approachable nature put us at ease. He patiently answered all our questions, explained the procedure in detail, and made sure my mother felt fully prepared and reassured. His high energy and good vibes are truly contagious – exactly the kind of spirit you want around during a major surgery. The surgery went smoothly, and Dr. KKiran’s follow-up care was equally impressive. He checked in regularly, encouraged progress, and made my mother feel genuinely cared for, not just as a patient but as a person. Thanks to Dr. KKiran chowka’s skill and support, thanks to his whole team (Dr Prasanna) my mother is recovering well and regaining her mobility faster than we expected. Very Satisfied with the overall service, be it the Doctors starting from emergency ward Dr. Sana to every other Doctor who attended to me during my stay and the support staff of nurse's and house keeping. All doctors were patient enough to explain the treatment and procedures.

It's a very good Hospital accessible by Metro. Process is very smooth and timely. Reports for most of the tests is available on the same day with complete details. Admin Staff is very courteous and Chemo nursing staff is very professional.

A well designed hospital with good facilities and, most importantly, knowledgeable senior staff/ doctors.Today, I can say with certainty that I owe my life to right and timely actions and treatment by doctors and staff in this hospital! I had to rush there and get admitted in emergency for my health issues. Handling of this emergency by the staff in emergency section was swift, which clearly showed their readiness to tackle such situations effectively. Within minutes of getting admitted, medical incharges/ senior doctors of relevant depts were on the spot, coordinating and guiding in right direction.Further, it was very effectively handled by doctors and nurses in ICU and in operation theatre. The patient care in rooms was also good and patient-friendly.To summarise, this is one of the very professionally managed hospitals with knowledgeable as well as friendly staff.
