Centro doctor Guadalupe (CMG) is a private hospital in Moca, Dominican Republic. Dr. Antonio Francisco Rojas Badía and Dr. Carlos María Rojas Badía founded it in March 1946. It now runs from a single specialized building with four main clinical departments.

The clinic has a long history of surgery in Espaillat province. Its medical records show the first operation, an appendectomy, took place in 1946.
